You can add * before or after the label using requiredPrefix and requiredSuffix respectively or
simply delete all entries from flood table or run simple query in database like "truncate table flood"
create new file "password.php" on root dir and add following code run password file i.e drupal/password.php copy the output and go to database open users table replace existing password with output and relogin
